Damon
Damon began his career at Joe Cools in 1999, mentored by his father, Richard. After completing his apprenticeship as a refrigeration mechanic, he took over the company’s leadership following Richard’s retirement. Now as Director since 2020, Damon brings over 25 years of expertise and a commitment to continuous improvement, driving our team to achieve excellence in every aspect of our service.
Maaike
Supporting Joe Cools operations for over 10 years, Maaike specialises in all things administrative and now serves as a full-time member of our team. With over 20 years of experience in administration, she ensures meticulous management of our internal processes, helping to maintain efficiency and organisation throughout our operations.
Richard & Pamela
Richard and Pamela, the founders of Joe Cools, established the company in 1993 and dedicated themselves to its growth until their retirement in 2020. Under their leadership, Joe Cools tackled a vast array of projects, ranging from the simplest to the most complex, and built a reputation for excellence across Adelaide. Richard, known as a unique character, formed enduring connections within the industry and with clients, many of whom still inquire about him. Their legacy continues through the capable hands of their son, Damon.
Bryce
Since joining Joe Cools in January 2015 as an apprentice, Bryce has become an integral member of our team. As a qualified A-Class Electrician with certifications in split air conditioning and heat pump installations, his dedication, expertise, and 10+ years of experience are fundamental to our operations.
Gabe
Gabe joined Joe Cools in 2020 as a first-year electrical apprentice and has since grown into a fully qualified A-Class Electrician. Working full-time, he has built a strong reputation for his reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship. Gabe continues to be a valued member of our team, contributing to the high standards that Joe Cools is known for.
